SUBUNIT: Forms homodimers and heterodimers (By similarity).
TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Widely expressed.
DOMAIN: The N-terminal coiled coil regions mediate homodimerization preferentially and heterodimerization type beta/beta. The C-terminal, non-coiled coil regions mediate heterodimerization type beta/alpha (By similarity).
SIMILARITY: Belongs to the liprin family. Liprin-beta subfamily.
SIMILARITY: Contains 3 SAM (sterile alpha motif) domains.
