Involved in the recruitment of 53BP1/TP53BP1 to sites of DNA damage by mediating H4K91ub1 formation. PATHWAY: Protein modification; protein ubiquitination. SUBUNIT: Homodimer and heterodimer. Can heterodimerize with DTX1, enhancing its ubiquitin ligase activity in vitro. Interacts with PARP9/BAL1. Found in a complex with MYO6. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cytoplasm. Nucleus.
